| The following guarantee
applies to all new instruments purchased directly from Mad Creations
Unltd: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason,
ship it back to Mad Creations Unltd. in its original new condition
within seven (7) days of receipt. Mad Creations Unltd. will refund
the price of the instrument, less all shipping costs and a 10%
restocking fee. Please call before shipping for a Return
Authorization. All shipping must be according to the Standard
Shipping Instructions.
Note that full refunds may not apply to
custom features, such as logos, decals or other special features, which
limit its general appeal to subsequent purchasers. Deductions for
return of the instrument to general appeal configuration will be
provided before initial order of the custom instrument.
This guarantee applies only to new
products produced by Mad Creations Unltd., and not to other
manufacturer's items or used items, which may be purchased from Mad
Creations Unltd. |
