Please follow these shipping guidelines:

• If present, remove the vibrato arm and pack it along with any other loose parts or components in foam, to prevent them from moving around during shipping.

• Remove other accessories or personal items from the case.

• Prepare for shipment using the original shipping container, an ATA-approved flight case, or have the guitar professionally packed.  Mad Creations Unltd. is not responsible for damage from shipping due to improper packing.  

• Insure your guitar for the maximum value in case of loss, theft or damage.

• If you are returning your instrument, mark the Return Authorization clearly on the exterior of the container.

• Be sure to include, within the case, detailed written description of the desired work or problem, your name and contact information.  

• Include a completed insurance form, and check or money order for return shipment and insurance.  You may also pay this via PayPal, if it is more convenient.  If you wish to pay via PayPal, we will contact you when your guitar is ready to be returned.

• Ship using FedEx Overnight Priority service.
